Disc plow
This agricultural tractor-mounted disc plow is specifically designed for paddy fields. When operating in rice paddies, it helps to make the soil finer and more evenly leveled. Dual-Purpose Water and Dryland Disc Plow
This agricultural tractor-mounted disc plow is specially designed for paddy fields. The machine is also suitable for dryland farming. When operating in rice paddies, it helps to make the soil finer and more evenly leveled. Root crops such as wheat stubble, rice straw, and Astragalus are turned over and buried into the ground, where they decompose more easily, enriching the soil with organic matter and boosting its fertility. Additionally, this machine offers advantages like labor-saving, high efficiency, and low operational costs.
The bi-directional disc plow series is primarily designed for tillage operations in both cultivated fields and fallow land in dryland farming areas. Not only does it offer the operational capabilities of conventional disc plows, but it also features short headland empty-travel distances, high productivity, and fuel efficiency—making it especially well-suited for terraced fields and small-scale farming areas.
The disc plow is fully suspended and designed to work seamlessly with tractors. During operation, the rotating discs till and turn the soil, making it especially suitable for fields overrun with weeds, featuring upright stems, high soil resistance, and challenging conditions such as fields containing brick fragments or other complex obstacles. It boasts several key advantages: it prevents grass from wrapping around the discs, ensures smooth operation without clogging or soil buildup, effectively cuts through crop stalks, easily handles tough soil elements like brick and stone debris, delivers high efficiency, produces excellent tillage quality, and offers convenient adjustments—all while maintaining exceptional durability and robustness.
The single-direction disc plow series is primarily designed for tillage operations on cultivated or fallow land, making it especially suitable for turning over high-yield green manure fields as well as incorporating rice and wheat stubble back into the soil. These plows exhibit excellent mobility and penetration capabilities, ensuring that the soil-turning and covering processes meet the technical demands of agricultural production. Additionally, they offer advantages such as low tillage resistance and convenient operational adjustments.
We use spring steel made from manganese steel and boron steel as our raw materials. Depending on the material, after undergoing different heat treatment processes, we achieve idealized hardness levels. Manganese steel has a hardness of 45–48 HRc, while boron steel also reaches 45–48 HRc. We’ll select the appropriate material based on your specific requirements.
Our production can accommodate diameters ranging from 12” to 40” (300–1010 mm), with thicknesses available from 3 to 12 mm. Available shapes include notched, disc-shaped, flat, corrugated, and more. If you require a custom design, we can produce it according to your drawings or samples.
Our monthly production capacity is 5,000 to 8,000 pieces per month.
