Plow and Blade

We use spring steel made from manganese steel and boron steel as our raw materials. Depending on the material, after undergoing different heat treatment processes, we achieve idealized hardness levels. Manganese steel has a hardness of 45–48 HRc, while boron steel also reaches 45–48 HRc. We’ll select the appropriate material based on your specific requirements. Our production can accommodate diameters ranging from 12” to 40” (300–1010 mm), with thicknesses available from 3 to 12 mm. Available shapes include notched, disc-shaped, flat, corrugated, and more. If you require a custom design, we can produce it according to your drawings or samples. Our monthly production capacity is 5,000 to 8,000 pieces per month.

Excavation machine
